He was proceeded in death by his wife, Gale Lynn Hall, parents Perry and Velma Hall, and his brother Ellis Hall.
There will be no service for him as he wished for simple cremation. His ashes will be intertwined with his wives in a tree in Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers or cards, any donations should be made to the Hospice of Okeechobee.

Terry left behind his daughter Lizabeth Kelly (Chad Kelly), his 3 granddaughters, Kayla Parks (Brady Beckman), Erika Kelly, Erin Kelly, his 3 great grandchildren Wyatt Parks, Nina Beckman and Melody Beckman, and his son Joesph Bell and his children.
Terry was a wonderful, loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a hard worker with a kind and gentle soul. He was very loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
